The Phoenix.

She thought she was fragile,
And couldn’t take the pain,
Got burned down to ashes,
When she caught a flame,
But she never realized how strong she was,
Until she was reborn from the same…
She had engrossed the flames that once knocked her down,
And was filled with fire, ready to burn the ground,
The weak, the gullible, was long gone,
The war with the ones who killed, had begun,
With the new wings and the limit beyond sky,
She’d watch her enemies burn, from up high.
The burns won’t hurt the body but their soul,
“Smile” would do the trick, as she was told,
She smiled and left them wondering,
Why she was the happiest when the world was burning…
